General Membership Terms
You don't have to have a website to join.
If you do have a website your site must be family
friendly.
Never share your login info with anyone.If you are
caught
doing this your membership will be suspended and you
will be
asked not to use anything from my members area any
longer.
Do not share any outlines,tubes,etc or anything from
my
members area with non members,doing so will cause
suspension of
your account with NO REFUND!!!! If someone is trying
to share stuff
with you,come to me and report them dont just sit
back,save them
and not do anything this will be cause for
TERMINATION with NO REFUND!!!
You must have your logo up and linked back
for those of you that do have a website.I do random
checks on logos and your membership
will be suspended if I find the logo is not up.It
will be reactivated once the logo is
added to your membership page.
I do not require access to your members area any
longer
but if I have reason to feel my terms are not being
met
I have the right to ask for a username and password
to gain access.I will never take anything from your
members
area at any time.If I like it I might join :)
If there is a time period I do not update for a
length of time
all non lifetime members will get extra time added to
your memberships.
I will not tolerate rude,hateful,slanderous emails.If
I get any of these
types of emails your membership will be terminated
and no refund will be given.I would like to keep my
site
DRAMA FREE!
I also will not tolerate you bashing or talking about
me in any
group including private groups.It means any name
calling
or running down my sites.If I am told of the
situation
your membership with me will be TERMINATED with NO
REFUND!!!
I will also not tolerate you putting
my site(s) on any rating board
If you are caught doing so you will
be suspended from my
membership areas without any given
refund!!!!
I reserve the right to refuse membership to anyone at
any given time.
I reserve the right to change my terms of use anytime
I feel the need to.
Everything in my members area is for your use only!
Do not share anything in my members area with anyone
else
nor put it on your site for others to have access to.
Once your membership expires you can still use stuff
from my members area.You must still obey my terms of
use and give
proper credit to tenderteddytags.com
*SALES*
I have the right to have a sale at my site at any
given time for
any given reason. I will not tolerate anyone getting
rude
with me about any sale I have at TenderTeddyTags
because
you paid a different price.If you choose to get rude
with me or bash me behind my back about the sale your
membership will be
terminated with NO REFUND GIVEN!!!!!!!!!
*SIGTAG TERMS*
Sigtags are for you to request only
on certain request days each week.
You may request your name or anyone elses :)
it's your choice
You can't make blank sigtags or any other
graphics etc to add to your members area for
your members to use!
*LINEART TERMS*
~WHAT YOU CAN DO~
You can make siggies,premades,websets,stationary etc
for free
or commercial use
You may tube my lineart but you have to purchase the
reg tube license
(one time fee required first)
All Lineart in the Special Character section requires
a
Special Character License different from the regular
tubing license.Its a one time fee also.
You can tube my lineart to place in your members
area,sell in
auctions or tube packs etc if you purchase the tube
license.
Your tube license logo must be placed on each page
the tubes etc are placed on.
~WHAT YOU CANNOT DO~
You can't alter any lineart unless it states so on
the given page.
You can animate,mirror and or make things fit.
A lot of the characters have blank faces so you
can make your own :)
Character lineart must not be renamed.
Most state it on the given pages.
NO AS IS SELLING IS ALLOWED WITH ANY OF MY GRAPHICS
AT ANY GIVEN TIME!!!
You can't use my lineart for scrapbooking,crafting or
any offline use.
Never chop up my lineart and create new lineart
claiming it as your own.
You are not allowed to write tutorials on any of the
linearts.
You are not allowed to place them on a CD for sale or for free.
You can't pass my lineart around for your friends to
use.
They must join if they want access to the lines etc.
*TUBE TERMS*
~WHAT YOU CAN DO~
You can make siggies,premades,stationary,websets etc
for free
or for commerical use!
A link back to tenderteddytags.com must be placed
on each page etc the tubes/stationary are placed
upon.
You can change the eye,lip colors on certain tubes if
stated
on the page they are placed on.
~WHAT YOU CANNOT DO~
You can't alter my tubes in any way.
You can animate,mirror and or make things fit.No
recoloring,Resizing etc
unless stated that you can on the page.
Tube file names must not be renamed at any given time
unless given permission to do so.
You cannot use the tubes for scrapbooking,crafting etc or

tubes.

You can't use the tubes AS IS.You must be creative
with the tubes and add other accessories,scenery etc.
Just adding one thing is NOT ACCEPTABLE!
Please be creative :)

*CUSTOM BASE TERMS*
~WHAT YOU CAN DO~
You can make siggies,premades,stationary,websets etc
for free
or commercial use.
You must always link back to tenderteddytags.com
when any bases are used to make tubes,stationary etc
link must be placed on each page they are placed
upon.
You can change they eye and lip colors on most bases.
It will be stated on the pages they are on if given permission to do so.
You may tube the bases but you must purchase a tube
license first
Some bases require a Special Character License.
Both Licenses are a One Time Fee and good for
Lifetime.
You can tube the bases to add to your members
area,sell in tube packs,
auctions etc if you have purchased the licenses.Your
Tube License Logo
along with most custom logos are required to be
placed on each page(s)
the tubes are placed upon with a link back to
tenderteddytags.com
All bases must be fully clothed with hair before you
are allowed to sell them.
~WHAT YOU CANNOT DO~
You can't alter my bases in any way except to animate
make things fit or mirror the image.No
Recoloring,resizing etc
unless stated on the page that you can.
Custom Bases may not be renamed unless it states so
on the given page.
You are not allowed to share my bases with friends
etc
to use for sale,or to add to their members area.
They must purchase a membership with license
if they want to use my bases.
You can't use my bases for scrapbooking,crafting etc
or for any offline use.
You can't write tutorials for my bases.
You can't put them on a CD for free or for sale.
Do not chop,resize or create new bases or claim as
your own.
YOU CANNOT USE MY BASES AS IS AT ANY GIVEN TIME.
*MISC*
All other goodies such as IM Stats in my members area
you can
use for your own personal use for free or for
commercial use.
You cant alter,resize,recolor or chop any of these
graphics etc up.
You are never allowed to place any of my graphics AS
IS on your site
for others to download at any given time nor for
others to use.
These are for you and you only.
1 Month Memberships will not be able to purchase a
Tube License
Your membership must be 3 months or longer to do so!
