What can I use beef when cooking pasta dishes and stroganoff etc?
I work in an Italian restaurant and the beef used in a pasta dish and a little Stroganoff. We used to use queues steak when it was too expensive at the moment I am looking for a cheaper cut of beef more tender and tasty.
