Is it really charity if you make people buy from you in order to contribute to charity?
I saw that Kay Jewelers was selling this cute teddy bear stuffed animal for charity up and profits go to St. Jude. I wanted a little for some children this Christmas and help to give to charity at the same time .... but when I went to check out (on site), said he could only buy 1 item on the agenda charity and therefore could not buy even the charitable element unless they bought something from Kay Jewelers. That does not sound not like they are out of St. Jude to help me. Their income from all sales far beyond what the advantage goes to St. Jude and only allows customers to buy to help this way. In addition, not all the money from the sale will go to St. Jude ... only the benefit amount. So it is not as they are out of money from the sale of only the issue without the sale. Yes, I think this is wrong. But then is not the first Once a charity organization was operated by a commercial company, not the last. If people do not protest, they will again. If you really wanted St. Jude help, give the entire product, not just profits. And the idea that you can buy one at a time is ridiculous. I boycott if I were you.
