Place the pork in a bowl and season with salt and pepper. Let stand for 10 to 20 minutes. 2. Warm oil in a skillet over medium heat. Thicken the sauce with bread crumbs (or flour or starch corn, if desired). Stir and stir and simmer a few minutes. 6. Remove from heat. Transfer to a serving dish and serve hot.
