Good bedtime for the year, a 13?
I am 13 years old (8th grade) and I get up at 6:15 on school days. Normally, I am a bear to get out of bed, but for now I'm on the way to the car to school, I am fully awake. For the moment I bedtime is 10pm, but I wonder if this is normal. Personally, I find it a bit difficult to sleep at the time because I'm not tired, but most often fall asleep after 1 / 2 hours 45 min. After lying in bed. Fridays, Sundays and evenings when they have school the next day not really bedtime and I'll just watch TV online in the dark from day to about 11 to 3 (or sooner) and at bedtime approximately 10-12 the next. (Obviously, I am a night person.) I am a fit and physically fit so she can help everyone. Thank you! 
If you have good grades and tend to be healthy and not tired, I'd say fall back to around 10:30 or 11 is a good idea. I think the Mine was 10:30 when I was 13, but everyone is different, you know their needs. If you explain to your parents, I would say that said. This is a clear, logical argument that assists parents when they want to hear (not always a guarantee of good, parents will be parents and they are not creatures of logic)
