What time elementary school their children go to bed school nights?
My daughters are in elementary school and go to bed at 8:00 the night of the school. Sometimes stays on its own before that date. My sisters both have 2 children each about the same age and their children go to bed around 10-10:30 at night school. I was curious to see what other time the children go to bed and wonder why the bed.
I try to make sure my kids are in bed EARY sufficient to obtain at least ten hours of sleep each night. --- I am a teacher and I see the correlation between a good rest and good grades / attitude to my students all the time.
