How do I put the weight on my arms and legs?
My arms are very thin, shoulder and leg bones match the look anorexic. I eat 4 meals a day and snacks healthy weight in food. My stomach is big and my ass is huge. If the quantity of food that goes in these places. I am 24 years old and did my knee in January to fill. A little. Boney still looking though.
